About Kristen Kotowski

Kristen Kotowski is a highly motivated and dedicated realtor with Legacy Broker Group, boasting over four years of consistent and successful experience in the real estate industry. Kristen's journey in real estate is underpinned by a strong background in education and sales, which has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her field. Before embarking on her real estate career, Kristen gained over a decade of valuable experience as a Regional Account Manager and Educator in the medical aesthetic industry and as an Account Executive in the pharmaceutical industry. This diverse background has contributed to her well-rounded expertise and professional approach.

Growing up as a military child, Kristen's father served in the Air Force, leading to various assignments, including an overseas stint in Germany. Kristen has called Texas home since elementary school and always knew the hill country was the area where she wanted to plant roots and raise a family.

Kristen married her best friend, Brian, shortly after college, and together they spent nine years traveling with the Air Force while he served as a pilot. This period ignited Kristen's passion for real estate and interior decorating as they lived in seven different homes. She gained firsthand experience with VA financing, refinancing, renting, buying, selling, and building. Kristen and her husband settled in New Braunfels after the Air Force, where they built their home and are blessed to raise their two incredible sons.

Being an animal lover, Kristen has two dogs, a cat, a horse, and has a deep passion for animal rescue. Kristen and her family are active fosters for several rescues and give back with each home sold.
